		<description><![CDATA[By going to a national popular vote, we will ensure that San Fransisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, Boston, and a few other highly populated cities will in fact elect our next President.  This makes me sick to my stomach.  And by going this route we will kill state sovereignty and the Federal government assumes a position that the Founding Fathers did not want!  If we go this route we become Europe.]]></description>
